Thanks for the prompt reply. I read this email last Friday but did not have the time to reply. I am glad Nando's is concern about the food quality and doing something about it.

By the way, I received a call from the restaurant manager in Sunway Pyramid, if not mistaken i think her name was 'Ms Maya'. She apologized to me and invited me to Nando's in Sunway Pyramid again for either lunch or dinner.(On Nando's treat) Appreciate it very much but I rejected her, not because i was mad or angry, i just thought that an arranged dinner or lunch will always be the best of the best. I prefer an imprompt to visit to the outlet on my own with my friends. At least i get to know if the quality was improved.

Anyway, I'd like to take the opprotunity to thank you for listening to my long story about my experi-perience and taking action to investigate about the issue. Looking forward to have the same old quality and taste of chicken again. (be sure to keep the quality and taste of the side dishes as well)

Should i have anymore unpleasant experi-perience with Nando's i will write again.
